David - thanks for the comment. Please check out this article that I wrote a few weeks after this post - UMass Football | MAC Is A Good Option. David – I appreciate your comments. I believe that if you re-read the letter you will notice that I do provide the President of UMass with some suggestions on how to build the football team. If you notice, I suggested building the basketball team back up to the dominant levels it experienced back in the late 90′s. The income from this improvement could be parlayed into football improvements. The end result would be an incredible increase in funds for the university thanks to its improved football and basketball programs.

Out of curiosity, what grammar and sentence structure problems do you see?
